Located in the Mittelhaardt, the Rings winery chiefly cultivates Spätburgunder and Riesling followed by Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Syrah and Cabernet. The aim of brothers Steffen and Andreas Rings is to create wines that capture the essence of their unique terroir.

Since 2001 when the Rings changed moved over from orchard farming entirely to grape cultivation, each year’s vintage has shown a leap in quality. Embracing eco-friendly approaches in the vineyards everything is done manually from thinning out leaves to harvest.

Rings joined the VDP in 2015. The estate’s annual bottle production is 190,000.
