It’s about the breadth and depth of the wine selection, how “on the pulse” it is, and how well it represents past classic vintages. The top criterion though is, of course, how well the wine list goes with the menu!

Atomix, Cosme and Le Bernardin in New York, Atelier Crenn and Benu in San Francisco and Single Thread in Healdsburg. Since 2002, the 50 Best has showcased the diversity of the world’s culinary landscape. The US restaurants reflect this with seafood, Korean, Japanese, and French cuisine in the spotlight. We can hardly wait to be back in the picturesque Nahe region so we can visit the winery’s charming old 1910 press house ̶̶ today a restaurant, guest house, and wine cellar ̶ and enjoy a glass of Riesling!
